Welcome to Latte Built - 24 Hr. Fitness & Nutrition!
What started as a little boot camp in the park soon became the only 24hr leading fitness facility on Saipan with 2 locations! It was created from Coach Derek's passion for helping others achieve their desired health and fitness goals. Our company mission (and logo) was inspired by the Ancient Chamorro Latte Stones, signifying the pillars of strength within our people of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). We commit to empowering and building our client's awareness to lead a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Barbell Club
Olympic Weightlifting
Mon -Wed - Fri @ Oleai Gym
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
This class will be Olympic Weightlifting based; in this class, you will learn the proper form of the snatch, clean, and jerk while improving strength by learning proper forms of squatting and other exercises; this is d beginner-friendly class, and all levels of fitness are welcome to join.

5AM HIIT Class
High-Intensity Interval Training

5 AM - 6 AM
High Intensity Interval Training A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. These techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Flow Yoga - Flow is an energetic class incorporating variations of core work combined with traditional yoga poses. Building strength and stamina with mindful movement as you connect with your breath. Suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga - Yin is a calm and gentle class focusing on melting away tension and stress. Slower-paced sequences with longer holds stimulate the connective tissues and joints for a full release, mentally and physically. Suitable for all levels.

Oleai Gym
A group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges beginner and elite athletes alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Recovery Hour
Wed-Sat-Sun 4 PM Oleai Gym
The class functions as an active rest day to boost recovery and is meant to supplement a regular training program at any experience level. The class consists of low-intensity exercises and low-impact cardio to promote blood flow, and it also contains dynamic/static stretching to increase long-term mobility/flexibility.
